National Leadership arrival and departure schedule:
National Council:  Arrive Wednesday night and depart Sunday afternoon (four nights)
National Foundation:  Arrive Saturday and depart Sunday after 6 p.m. (one night)
Section Coordinators:  Arrive Thursday morning and depart Sunday afternoon (three nights)
Committee Chairs:  Arrive Thursday morning or afternoon and depart Sunday afternoon (three nights)
Conference Assistants:  Arrive Wednesday night and depart Sunday afternoon (four nights)

Air - Air travel is fully paid by Mortar Board. Please note that all participants are encouraged to fly to O'Hare International Airport (ORD) rather than Midway (MDW), as the hotel is in close proximity to O'Hare. In some cases, participants who wish to fly to Midway and take the train to the hotel (approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes) may be permitted to do so.
Automobile - If you live within 200 miles of Chicago, you are strongly encouraged to drive. National leadership members will be reimbursed for their mileage and parking at the Chicago Marriott O'Hare.
Other travel arrangements - If you plan to travel by a public transportation method or combination of public transportation and automobile, please select this option. Save your receipts for reimbursement.
I will be making my own flight reservations and will not be using Mortar Board's corporate travel account.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
By default, a participant will be placed in a double-occupancy, nonsmoking room with another participant of the same gender for three nights. Roommate requests are permitted. Those who choose to pay an additional fee of $65 per night will be assigned a single room. If you would like to take advantage of these accommodation options, please use the fields below. National Foundation trustees will only stay one night.

Chapter Solutions Workshop session (This workshop begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, so you must arrive Thursday night.  Mortar Board will cover the double-occupancy room charges for that night for those who are part of the presentation team.)

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

1. Personal travel expenses. I understand that travel charges, including but not limited to, checked baggage, overweight or oversized baggage, in-flight food or incidentals, rebooking, and seat preference are my own personal expense.

2. Waiver of liability. I hereby release, discharge, hold harmless, and acquit Mortar Board and its staff and officers and their agents and assigns and Mortar Board’s partners, sponsors, exhibitors and their officers, agents, representatives, employees and assigns from any actions, causes of action, claims or liabilities, now existing or that may arise in the future, that are in any way related to or arise out of my participation in or travel to or from the conference.

3. Photo permission. I grant my permission for my photograph or likeness to be used for promotional purposes of Mortar Board without any expectation of prior approval or compensation.

4. Directory information. I grant my permission for my contact information to be shared with other conference participants in a printed directory made available at the conference.
