Registration is now open for the Big 10+ Graduate School Expo!

At the Big 10+ Graduate School Expo on September 28-29, 2008 held at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind., students will:

• Get an inside look at graduate school and the application process
• Receive advice about funding opportunities from National Science Foundation representatives and other experts
• Network with representatives from more than 50 of the nation’s top graduate institutions
• Attend a premier graduate school fair, including representatives from Cornell, Duke, Illinois, Purdue, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and many more!

This two day mini-conference is especially designed for students interested in graduate education in:

Find your job with Mortar Board

In conjunction with JobTarget, Mortar Board has launched the Mortar Board Career Center, a search engine for all members, both collegiate and alumni.  Mortar Board members are able to search for a variety of jobs, both nationally and locally. National employers will have the ability to post positions and exclusively recruit Mortar Board members.  Anonymous resumes can be posted and easily searched and seen by potential employers.

Collegiate News to become bi-monthly publication

Since last September, Collegiate News has been a monthly newsletter for collegiate members of Mortar Board.  This month marks the newsletter’s transition to a bulletin that will be delivered every other month.
