We would like to share with you an exciting opportunity. RealAcad, a top-level venture management program has agreed to provide access for all Mortar Board members to an international network of top professionals across the world.  Special scholarships are being provided exclusively for Mortar Board members who are admitted into the program.
 
What is RealAcad?
The RealAcad Venture Management Program is a not-for-profit initiative to groom talent from all over the world. Programs are organized at different locations around the globe. During the course of the program, participants will bring to life a new entrepreneurial venture in addition to learning the know-hows of the business world.
 
How does the program work?
It focuses on learning by doing and realizing the impossible. With guidance from experienced consultants, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs, participants will have the chance to not just propose great ideas but build a start-up company with real customers, all from scratch.

What’s more, this company will continue to exist after the camp.  Participants will have the opportunity to stay involved if they wish. The program will allow you to:

• Gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience
• Network with current and future global leaders of the highest caliber
• Develop your leadership and people management skills
• Obtain exclusive access to RealAcad resources and alumni network
• Receive career and personal development counseling
• Have an internship with VC firms and start-ups for top performers
• And continuously challenge the limits!

Who will you learn from?
The advisors and program leaders will coach you to launch the start-up. They are top MBA's, and have experience in the world’s leading companies, including management consulting, investment banking, venture capitalist firms, Fortune 500 companies and numerous entrepreneurial ventures!

Additionally, you will learn from fellow participants.  Each person who is admitted into the program has been selected after a highly detailed admissions process to guarantee only the best get accepted (only 15 people per camp)!  The international network you will build with RealAcad is truly exceptional.  To give you an idea, past participants have started their own companies or are now in top management consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG and Bain; in Fortune 500 companies such as P&G or Siemens; and in private equity firms.
